Q: Can I transport personal items in the vehicle?
A: Every hauler has weight limitations for each vehicle and load. A driver can refuse to pick the vehicle up if it is packed with personal items. If you’d like to put things in the trunk, those things have to weigh less than 100lbs and we always suggest that those items are not fragile or expensive due to the insurance not covering them and the driver not being responsible for them.

Q: Do you offer Military discounts?
A: Yes!

Q: When do I pay and who does the payment go to?
A: Payments are broken into two – The deposit is paid up front on a debit or credit card. The remaining balance is paid to the driver at the time of pick up or delivery (according to arrangements) with cash, money order or cashier’s check. No personal checks accepted.

Q: Is there a way to save money on my shipment based on where it’s picked up?
A: If the pickup options are within a 100 mile radius of each other, it will normally be the same rate. Discuss with your agent the best pick up options based on route and miles.

Q: How soon after the vehicle is picked up is it delivered?
A: Our drivers ask for a 3-7 day window to deliver the vehicle, depending on the mileage distance.

Q: Do I get my deposit back after the transportation is completed?
A: No, the deposit is our “call to action” which allows us to line up and assign a driver and get the ball rolling in the right direction.

Q: Where will the driver be coming from?
A: We have drivers all of the country! We’ll make sure to find one near your pick-up location.

Q: Do I need to provide the driver with any paperwork?
A: No.

Q: How much gas should I have in the tank when the vehicle is picked up?
A: A quarter of a tank is suggested, but we at least need enough to load and unload the vehicle.

Q: Will my vehicle be covered by insurance?
A: Absolutely! Each of our drivers carry no less than $100,000,000 worth of liability insurance and we’ll do a complete Bill of Lading at the pick-up and delivery.
